Terms and Conditions

What These Terms Cover

These terms apply to anyone who visits the Roofing Walton website. By reading or using the site, you accept them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

We are a roofing company working in Walton, Kentucky, and the surrounding area. The site exists to explain our services and give you a way to reach us by phone. It has no accounts, no online payments and no forms.

The Site Is Information, Not a Quote

Pages about roof replacement, roof repair, gutters, siding and the rest describe how this kind of work usually goes. They are general. A roof's real condition depends on things we can only judge in person, such as soft decking under the shingles, worn flashing at a chimney or water staining along the eaves.

Nothing on the site is a price, a promise of a result or an offer of a contract. Any work is agreed directly with us after we have looked at your roof, and the scope and terms of that job are set at that point, not by this website.

Accuracy and Updates

We try to keep what we publish correct and current. Materials change, building codes get updated and our services may shift, so some details on the site can fall out of date. We may edit, add or remove content at any time without notice.

Using Our Content

The text, layout and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, print or share pages for your own use. Copying them for a commercial purpose, or presenting them as someone else's work, is not allowed without our written consent.

Limits of Our Responsibility

The site is provided as it is. We are not responsible for decisions made based only on its general content, or for losses that come from relying on it instead of an in-person look at your home. Please do not climb onto your roof to check something you read here; a fall from a ladder or a wet slope is a real risk, and inspecting it is our job.

Governing Law and Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. We may revise them from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one that applies when you visit.

Questions About These Terms

The phone is the only way to reach us. If something here is unclear, the same number that sets up a free roof inspection also gets you answers on these terms: (859) 249-9133.
