About Roofing Walton: Careful Roof Work for Walton Homes
We repair, replace and inspect roofs, and we handle the gutters and siding that work alongside them. Before anyone climbs a ladder, we plan where tear-off debris will land, how your plants get covered, and when your household hears from us.
How We Run a Roof Job
Most of what goes wrong on a roofing job happens on the ground. Old shingles slide off the eaves into flower beds, nails scatter across the driveway, and a ladder foot sinks into soft lawn. We plan for those things the same way we plan for decking and flashing, because a sound roof over a torn-up yard is not a finished job.
So each job starts with a walk around your home. We note the beds, shrubs and AC condenser under the drip line, pick a spot for the trailer that will not crack a walkway, and agree on which door the crew may use if someone needs to check the attic. When we go inside to trace a leak, drop cloths go down on the floor first and come up last.
Then we explain what we found, part by part. If the problem is cracked rubber on a pipe boot or lifted step flashing at a sidewall, you hear that, along with why it let water in and what the fix involves. If a roof inspection shows the shingles have shed their granules and the mat is exposed, we tell you a repair will not hold and show you the photos.

What You Can Expect From Us
Landscaping Covered Before Tear-Off
Tarps and plywood go over beds, shrubs and the condenser before the first shingle comes off. Old shingles go down a chute or into a trailer, never over the gutter edge onto your plants.
A Magnet Sweep Every Evening
Roofing nails are hard to spot in grass and gravel. We roll a magnet over the lawn, driveway and walkways at the end of each work day, not only the last one.
One Contact for Your Household
You get the name of the person running your job and a plain schedule: when the crew arrives, when the old roof comes off, when the new one is dried in. If rain pushes a day back, we tell you that morning instead of leaving you to guess.
The Cause, Not Just the Symptom
We name the part that failed and why, whether it is a clogged gutter backing water under the drip edge or siding nailed too tight to move with temperature swings. Knowing the cause makes the repair-or-replace choice clearer.
Where We Work
We take on roof, gutter and siding work across Walton and nearby communities, including Crittenden, Independence, Union, Florence, Burlington, Oakbrook, Elsmere, Erlanger, Fort Mitchell and Covington. Freeze-thaw cycles through a Northern Kentucky winter work loose tired flashing and shingle tabs, so a spring check catches small openings before they reach the decking. The Service Areas page lists more, or ask us on the phone.
